Levi's Plaza

Architectural Placemaking

Levi's Plaza is an office complex located in North Beach & Telegraph Hill along The Embarcadero in San Francisco, California. Jamestown Development and Real Estate Management makes wonderful spaces to work, gather, shop and even meet outdoors. They selected One Hat OneHand to help bring a bold, refreshed look to the Levi’s plaza with an art-forward, modern update. We jumped at the chance to help activate this space with creativity & color.

Inspired by Barbara Stauffacher Solomon, an enduring San Franciscan visionary, Solomon pioneered what was to become supergraphics- large graphics applied with vibrant colors, usually in geometric shapes, to walls or floors and ceilings to make the illusion of altered space.  By adding greater vibrancy and visibility to the space, One Hat One Hand helped Jamestown build a space for gathering, working and meeting outdoors.
