“I wanted to join One Hat One Hand so that I could be part of shaping the beauty of San Francisco and beyond through art.” 

Darien is a member of the Flaming Lotus Girls a female-driven, volunteer-based group of artists who make interactive, large-scale, fire and metal art installations.” 

Darien learned welding as an apprentice for Michael Sturtz during the pandemic.

Darien holds a BFA in Community Arts from Californial College of the Arts.
